Outer Aisle FOODS is a local food distribution network of eaters, growers and makers serving convenient drop off points in Alpine, Calaveras and Tuolumne Counties.

We offer weekly and bi-weekly food deliveries year-round. (Please Note: not all drop off points are active year-round)

Our "smart" Farmigo system can adapt to your needs. We even cater to those that have food allergies!

Have a summer garden? - no problem, you can skip the summer months and receive bags when your garden peters out. Going on vacation? - no problem, you can put yourself on vacation anytime!

HOW TO SIGN UP:

We use a new software system called Farmigo designed specifically for CSA farms. It is tailored to handle all the data associated with running a large CSA, from sign-up to delivery. It can even track our production and box contents. This allows for a more streamlined sharing of information, better communication and more user friendly for our members. As a member you will have your own password which enables you to view your account history, check your account balance, pay on line and put yourself on vacation.

This new tool has enabled us to focus more on further developing our farming practices and less time in the office on the computer. This has benefited all of us in our CSA to continue our commitment to sustainability, with more time farming and growing, and creating a local food system.

SUBSCRIPTIONS: Vegetable Shares: Choose from four different sized boxes: mini single $18 (one person, includes fruit), mini everything $25 (2 or more, includes fruit), small veggie $18 (2-3 persons) and large veggie $32 (3-4 persons).

Vegetables are harvested fresh from our farm in Douglas Flat, Taylor Mountain Gardens during winter, spring and summer.

During our lean harvest months we work with a network of other farmers to ensure a continued bounty of diversity: Rodoni Farms in Santa Cruz, Mariquita Farm in Watsonville, Coke Farm in San Juan Bautista and Terra Firma Farms in Winters.

OPTIONS: Seasonal fruits: $12 (One size - approximately 3-4 pounds) A parade of fresh tree ripened seasonal fruits available year round from the best fruit growers whose growing practices are organic and beyond: Tyson Hill Farm in Waterford, Brenner Ranches in Lincoln, Terra Firma in Winters and other local farms.

Seasonal storage crops $12 (One size) Storage crops are grown at our farm, Taylor Mountain Gardens and several others including: Terra Firma Farm in Winters, Mariquita Farms in Watsonville, and Coke Farm, San Juan Bautista to name a few. Please Note: Storage crops are only offered with the Fall/Winter and Spring delivery schedule starting in October through to June.

Greens $12 (One size) Here's to your health! A bag packed with green leafy phytonutrient vegetables, as well as some other treats to keep you juicing and cooking up a storm.

ADDITIONAL ITEMS: We offer additional items that can be ordered to come with your delivery and include nuts, cheeses, pasture raised meats - chicken, pork, beef and lamb, wild salmon, kraut and more from regional growers and producers that we know personally and consider their growing methods to be beyond organic and of the highest quality.
